The reporter learned from Xiamen Customs that as my country's first comprehensive international shipping logistics service platform for the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, the "Silk Road Shipping" route is favored by foreign trade companies. Since its launch in December 2018, the "Silk Road Shipping" has opened 116 routes, operated a total of 14,101 ships, accessed 106 ports in 37 "Belt and Road" countries and regions, and completed a container throughput of 16.6017 million TEUs. Among them, 641 ships have been launched this year, with a container throughput of 730,000 TEUs.
