Bucket and the breaker operate alternately. During the replacement process, as the hydraulic pipelines are prone to contamination, they should be disassembled and installed in accordance with the following methods.
1. Move the excavator to a flat area free of mud, dust and debris, turn off the engine and release the pressure and oil in the hydraulic pipeline
2.Rotate the stop valve installed at the end of the large arm 90 degrees to the OFF position to prevent the gas in the hydraulic box. Oil is flowing out.
3.Loosen the hose plug on the large arm of the breaker, and then pour the small amount of hydraulic oil that flows out into a container.
4.To prevent soil and dust from entering the oil pipeline, the hose should be blocked with a plug and the pipeline with an internal thread plug. To prevent dust contamination, the high-pressure pipe and the low-pressure pipe should be tied with iron wire.
- Hose plug: When the equipment is used for bucket operation, the plug is designed to prevent soil and dust adhering to the breaker from entering the hose.
- Internal thread plug is designed to prevent mud, dust or dirt adhering to the main equipment from entering the oil pipe.
5. If you want to disassemble the breaker, you should first remove the pin shaft connecting the bucket rod. When storing a breaker outdoors, it should be placed on sleepers and covered with a thin cloth.
6.If the breaker is not in use for a long time, please press the following operation:
- Clean the outside of the breaker thoroughly.
- After removing the steel rod from the shell, apply the following storage anti-corrosion oil
- Before pushing the piston into the nitrogen chamber, the nitrogen in the nitrogen chamber must be discharged first
- When reassembling, all components of the breaker should be coated with lubricating oil before assembly
