6. The grease-changing period of the bearing is 2000 hours. The filling amount of grease is 1/2 (upper measurement) or 3/4 (lower measurement) of the space in the bearing cavity. Do not fill too much grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature. Too high.
7. The grease change period of the screw feeder is 4000 hours, and ordinary calcium-based grease should be added.

2. It is strictly prohibited to turn the handwheel handle when the machine is stopped.
3. The lubricating oil used in this speed regulator is N32 alkaline high-zinc high-grade anti-friction hydraulic oil. The reducer uses 401 general lubricating oil and must not be replaced by other engine oils.
4. After 3000 hours of use, the oil should be replaced with new oil, then change the oil for the second time after 500 hours of use, and then change it once every 1000 hours of use.
