(1) Preparation before starting up
1. Check the integrity and fastening of parts, especially high-speed running parts such as hammers, which must be firmly fixed.
2. Check whether the crusher is securely on the base.
3. Check the lubrication condition of the bearings.
4. Open the door cover of the crushing chamber and check whether there are any debris in the crushing chamber.
5. Check the tightness of the deflector and remove debris adsorbed by the magnet.
(2) Power on
1. After the above inspection is completed, start the motor and run it without load. If the technical condition of each part is normal, it can only run with load after the speed is normal.
2. During operation, there should be no jamming or friction sounds.
3. The sieve must be installed firmly, sealed and without leakage, and the sieve frame must be tightened.
4. If abnormal noises, discharging materials are blocked, or bearings or motors are overheated during work, stop feeding, stop the machine for inspection, and troubleshoot.
5. After the work is completed, the remaining materials in all parts of the machine should be cleaned. If the machine is not used for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
